As part of the Seattle dog training community we strive to offer unique and pleasant classes that take you from house training and basic obedience to fun and challenging subjects like Rally-O and Tricks.
Our methods are humane and effective and our professional, certified trainers are friendly, knowledgeable and versatile. We use only safe, sound, science-backed training techniques to help you achieve a healthy, happy, well-behaved canine citizen.
Our studio is clean, airy, and well-lighted in its easy-to-reach, easy-to-park location behind University Village. If you come from South Seattle, Seattle downtown, Queen Anne, Magnolia, West Seattle, North City, Lynnwood, Bothell, Kirkland, Jaunita, Bellevue and the eastside, or other areas of the Puget Sound complex, reaching us from the major arterials and freeways is as easy as reaching the University of Washington or University Village.
In Puppy Preschool our trainers work with you to install the ABCs of puppy socialization and basic obedience behaviors. From puppy biting to leash manners, our people work to give you the skills you need to communicate clearly and reliably with your puppy what is acceptable and what is not. These lessons are continued in Puppy Kindergarten, or if your adult dog needs a little help with basic obedience skills, check out Primary School.
If you are having problems with lunging, barking, jumping or aggression, we also offer classes that deal with these specific behavioral problems.

Are you concerned that your dog or puppy is aggressive? Worried about his biting, leash pulling, house training, mounting ( “humping” ), chewing, digging or barking? Are you confused or concerned about dog dominance? Or maybe you just want to teach your dog some new tricks. We have puppy and adult dog classes geared toward the companion dog and those looking to become involved with obedience. We also have classes for those interested in showing their dog in conformation. First time puppy owner? Get off on the right paw with UCLA Dogs!

We are located conveniently in the U-District and an easy drive from the surrounding neighborhoods of Laurelhurst, Mountlake, Green Lake, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, North Seattle, South Seattle. Bellevue and Kirkland are short drives away via 520. Heck, even Everett is only 25 minutes away! Our clients feel it is well worth the trip.
