Teen Dog
This is a 1 hour long 4 week* course. If your dream pup has turned into a devil dog over night you just might have a Teen Dog! Dogs in this class have been through puppy class but aren’t quite ready for Middle School. In addition to continuing work on loose leash walking and recall skills, it addresses problems specific to the owners of teenaged dogs, such as teaching appropriate greeting skills and regaining those formerly solid behaviors that have started to slip a little. Teen dogs are just that: teenagers!

Dogs in this class must be puppy class or basic obedience (please contact us with questions) graduates and be fully immunized. It is geared toward dogs between 6 and 14 months old.

*Classes consisting of fewer than 3 students will be condensed to 2 private or semi-private sessions.

Dogs in this class must be Puppy Kindergarten or Primary School (or equivalent – please contact us with questions) graduates and be fully immunized.

*Classes consisting of fewer than 3 students will be condensed to 3 private or semi-private sessions.

Introduction to Rally
Are you interested in competing in Rally-O? Not sure what it is, but interested in a new activity you and your dog can do together? Come learn how with us!

The dog and handler team move continuously through a course of 10-20 signs in a heel position. At each station they perform the indicated exercise then move to the next sign. Unlimited communication is encouraged between dog and handler.

With a good grasp on basic commands dog and handler can have a fun bonding experience. UCLA’s focus is on team building and fun for you and your dog. To begin this class, it is helpful that your dog has a grounding in sit, down, casual heel, and stay but they needn't be perfect. To this end, we do require that you and your dog have been through Primary School or an equivalent class.

This is a 6 week course consisting of 1 hour sessions. Classes consisting of fewer than 3 students will be condensed to 3 private or semi-private sessions.
